অনলাইনে বেতন নির্ধারণ করার পূর্ব প্রস্তুতি নিবেন যেভাবে – জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর, বেতন নির্ধারণ সংক্রান্ত অফিস আদেশ এবং আনুসংগিক সকল কাগজপত্র যথা, নিয়োগ, বদলী, টাইমস্কেল, সিলেকশন গ্রেড, উচ্চতর গ্রেড, বেতন পুনঃনির্ধারণ প্রভৃতি সংক্রান্ত অফিস আদেশের সফট কপি JPG or PDF করে নিবেন। নতুন নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত সনদ, যোগদানপত্র, স্বাস্থ্যগত সনদ ইত্যাদির সফট কপি JPG or PDF করে নিবেন। চলমান এবং নতুন নিয়োগ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য বেতন নির্ধারণের জন্য ০১/০৭/২০১৫ তারিখের বেতন নির্ধারণ ‘ভেরিফিকেশন নম্বর’ এবং প্রিন্ট করার ব্যবস্থা থাকতে হবে। Payfixation gov bd থেকে Increment বের করার নিয়ম ২০২২

উচ্চতর গ্রেড – একই পদে চাকরির বয়স ১০ বছর পূর্তি হলে উচ্চতর গ্রেড প্রাপ্য হয় সরকারি কর্মচারীগণ, একই পদে পরবর্তী ১৬ বছর পূর্তিতে পরবর্তী উচ্চতর গ্রেড প্রাপ্য হন। চাকরি জীবনে মোট ২টি উচ্চতর গ্রেড প্রাপ্য হইবেন। অতীতে টাইমস্কেল সিলেকশন গ্রেড থাকলেও বর্তমানে শুধুমাত্র উচ্চতর গ্রেড রয়েছে। কোন কর্মচারীর পদ উচ্চতর স্কেলে উন্নীত হলে বা পদোন্নতি হলে উক্ত পদ থেকে পরবর্তী ১০ বছর গণনা করতে হবে। ১০ বছর গণনা করে উচ্চতর গ্রেড প্রাপ্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে। একই পদে ১০ বছর পূর্তি উচ্চতর গ্রেড – Higher Scale at 10 years – Higher Scale

1. visit www.payfixation.gov.bd and www.ibas.finance.gov.bd/ibas2/Fixation. After visiting there, you will get a new page in front of you mentioning some instructions with the headline of online pay fixation. Click on the next step button.
2. After clicking on the next step, After reading and understanding all these clearly you have to click on the tick mark on the writing of “I have printed, read, and understood”. Then you have to click on the next step.
3. Again, you will see a new page where you will get 9 steps of online pay fixation. You have to select your desired one by reading the instructions provided on it. After reading clearly, you need to click on the ‘yes’ button and then you will be directed to a new page.
4. Another new page will come in front of you from where you have to select your suitable option.
5. After clicking your selected button, you will get a new page where you have to provide your ID card number, age, mobile number, and then fill up the captcha code correctly. Then you have to click on the log in button. After that, you will get a code in your mobile number if everything is provided correctly.
6. you will get a new page where you have to write the code in the field of the verification code. You have to provide the code that you got on your mobile. Then you have to click on the validate button and after that, you will be redirected to your desired page. You will have to provide a lot of information here.
